Wedding Bliss!!!

Keith and I were married June 28, 2008 and are settling down in our new home. Amid boxes and gifts, we manage to find eachother now and then. Weddings are great and horrendous experiences! We were engaged for 2 1/2 very busy months that culminated in a huge party at the church! It was really great to see family and friends. It is amazing to me, the sacrifices made to come and say hello in a line of people (half of which you usually don't know and will never meet again), take a picture or two, have a piece of cake, and go home...oh and please leave a gift for the happy couple! :) Who created these traditions anyway? And why do we all conform to the same routine?? And yet hundreds right here in the Utah Valley do it every year...we just did! Despite the insanity of it all, in the end it's all worth it.
