It hasn't gotten old yet....

Watching Alex toddle around is so fun. We just sit back and watch as he tenaciously walks, falls, gets up, walks some more, squats down for a toy, gets up, sometimes falls, gets up, walks. I love the wide stance and the concentration. The best motivation we've found is a cat or dog, put one of those in his view and he is off, it's the fastest I've seen him walk-when he's chasing some poor animal! He loves them so much! We were at my sister's house and he kept chasing the cats around, squealing and when he caught up to them giving them generous hugs and love! They of course took off as fast as they could trying to evade him, he'd follow as fast as his little legs could toddle, across the room, up the stairs, anywhere he could get.

We're looking at a pretty busy month-Monday we have swimming (free pass from the pool where Alex is doing swim lessons) Tuesday I have Mutual as well as couple doctor appts, Wednesday is a RS dinner, Thursdsay we have our Stake interviews to renew our reccomends (yes that means our two year anniversary is coming up) and then tickets to a play at Scera, Friday is Keith's sister's birthday, Saturday we have a couple of family things going on, Sunday is Father's day, Monday is Alex's birthday, Tuedsay Mutual, Wednesday a wedding dinner, Thursday the reception, NOTHING (yet) Friday, Saturday is a cousins bridal shower and another friends reception, and the next Monday is our Anniversary!!! We're going up to Zermatt Resort in Midway that night, Wednesday is Pack meeting, Thursday we have a dinner that we've been planning with a family in our ward for months. Few, what a month! Hopefully July slows down a bit before August because with all that the Marriot school has planned for Keith sounds like it's going to just keep getting crazier from there on out! :)

Some things that I am really looking forward to besides those mentioned already is a really good friend and old roommate has moved to Provo for the summer to finish her degree at BYU and another good friend and old roommate is moving to Utah with her family and new baby! An old co-worker and good friend is moving to Vegas from the East Coast and will be coming through Utah so hopefully it will also be a month of seeing old friends and getting to catch up with them!
